Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flout
2 cups boilinh hot water
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Methods
In a bowl, mix sugar,flour and salt.
Add hot water and mix till combine. Do not overmix.
In a bowl, prepare water to dip ur palm.
Dip palm in the water, pinch a bite sized dough and roll into a smooth ball.
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry till golden. Transfer to a plate lined with kitchen towel to absorp excess oil.
Serve warm.
